Scaling production or increasing product quality?  Here’s a list of answers to the most common questions about our cannabis cartridge filling equipment, capping machines, and automation systems.

General Questions

Our machines are designed for a full range of cannabis extracts, including distillate, live resin, rosin, sauce. With adjustable temperature control and viscosity calibration, our systems manage thick and thin formulations without clogging or loss.

All DDS cartridge filling equipment uses precision-engineered, true-rod positive displacement valves for ±1% fill accuracy. This assures each cartridge is dosed to specification without underfilling or wasting product.

Our CFM-1800 can fill and cap up to 1,800 cartridges per hour. Output varies slightly depending on oil type and fill volume, but our machines are built for large-scale cannabis operations.

Yes. The CFM-1800 includes a pneumatic press with 30,000 lbs force to press up to 100 caps at once, saving time and reducing touchpoints.

Compatibilities

Yes. DDS filling machines are compatible with all standard 510-thread cannabis hardware and can be adapted to fill proprietary pod designs, syringes, and disposables.

Our systems feature temperature-zoned heating and dynamic pressure adjustment to execute smooth flow across different consistencies, thin oils or thick resins.

Absolutely. Each unit includes multiple heat zones for individual control. You can set reservoir and needle temperatures separately, optimizing conditions for sensitive formulations.

With our built-in Clean-in-Place (CIP) system, full internal cleaning takes under 10 minutes. The process uses minimal solvent and no disassembly is required, so you can switch strains or oils in an effortless manner.

Support & Training
